Mission Statement



Individualized appointments are essential for providing excellent dental care.  We set aside adequate time to ensure you are comfortable and we are not rushed when we care for you.  We try our best to stay on schedule, and we appreciate your patience if there is an unavoidable delay.  Sometimes it is necessary to see emergency patients and we strive to deliver compassionate care for emergencies. 


Please be assured that we will see you as close as possible to your appointed time. If you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.


Because our Doctor and assistant time is specifically set aside for your treatment, there will be a cancellation charge of $75 for appointments that are cancelled or broken with less than 24 hours (one business day) notice.


We understand that emergencies and circumstances beyond your control arise unexpectedly. We will carefully and individually assess each situation before applying broken appointment fees.

Insurance and Billing


We are happy to file your insurance claims on your behalf. We accept all insurance but do not participate in dental HMO’s (Health Maintenance Organizations).  We will do our best to help you receive all the insurance benefits for which you are entitled.  For our patients dental insurance often times is a source of confusion. The different insurance companies have different rules, deductibles, waiting periods, exclusions, annual maximum limits and terms of coverage. The insurance benefit you receive is based on the contract you or your employer has with the insurance company. We are happy to submit pre-determination and pre-treatment authorizations for dental care.


However, please note that you are ultimately responsible for your account and account balance.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.
