Mask Mandate Still Remains in Healthcare Facilities: 

The State of Illinois Indoor Mask Mandate is lifted on February 28, 2022. However, Governor Pritzker specifically stated in the announcement that the mask requirement will continue in healthcare facilities. (See Illinois State Dental Society website)

 

If you have any doubts about your health conditions and COVID, we recommend that you get tested.

COVID-19 Screening Guidelines: If you have any cold-like symptoms (e.g., fever, sore throat/cough, running nose, etc.), regardless of your vaccination or testing status, please call to reschedule your appointment.

EXPOSURE/CLOSE CONTACT: (defined as “contact for more than 15 minutes within 6 feet of someone who tested positive)

  1. If you have no symptoms and are fully vaccinated,  we suggest that you keep your appointment, if desired.

  2. If you have no symptoms and are unvaccinated, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to at least 5 days from exposure.

​​POSITIVE FOR COVID-19: with or without symptoms

  1. Regardless of your vaccination status, we ask that you reschedule your appointment at least after 2 weeks from contracting COVID or testing positive.

We continue to follow our Standard Practice Guidelines as bellow.

  1. Face coverings are required while in our office.

  2. We will continue to screen your health condition prior to your visit.

  3. We will ask that you rinse with a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution for 30-60 seconds just before your treatment.

For minor patient(s), we continue to request only one parent/guardian accompany the minor patient.
