The Safety of Our Patients and Staff is Our Priority
The State of Illinois updated its Restore Illinois Phase 4 guidance for winter (Restore Illinois).
Our office hours are as follows.
Mon: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tue: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wed: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Tue: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sat: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (open two Saturdays per month)
We are continuously monitoring the recommendations of national and local governmental organizations such as the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and IDPH (Illinois Department of Public Health). We have included the use of HEPA filters as well as a UV disinfection light system in our routine infection control protocol.
We want to assure our patients that we have taken every precaution to make sure that our office environment is safe. In order to avoid crowding in the reception area, please come close to your appointment time.
Our Standard Practice Guidelines have been updated.
Prior to, as well as at, your appointment, we will ask questions regarding your health condition. If you are ill, please let us know; we are happy to reschedule.
Social distancing (6 feet or 2 meters) will be maintained in our reception room. Please call our office when you arrive at the parking lot; we will let you know when we are ready to see you.
Face-coverings are required while in our office.
We also ask that you immediately wash your hands (or use hand sanitizer) upon entering our office, and again when leaving our office.
A non-contact thermometer will scan your temperature before your appointment. We will not be able to see you if the temperature exceeds 100ºF or 38ºC.
We will ask that you rinse with a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution for 60 seconds just before your treatment.
